NMAC Product Approval Deadline Extended
Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation/Infiniti Financial Services (NMAC) and Volkswagen Credit/Audi Financial Services (VCI) have extended the deadlines for their funding rules as follows:
- NMAC: Deadline Extended to April 1, 2021. After April 1st, 2021, Vehicle Service Contracts which have not been submitted and approved will not be funded by Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation/Infiniti Financial Services (NMAC).
- VCI: After March 2, 2021, Vehicle Service Contracts which have not been submitted and approved will not be funded by Volkswagen Credit/Audi Financial Services (VCI).
The AUL Compliance team is currently working to submit all AUL products that qualify for NMAC and VCI approval. It’s important to note:
- Not all products qualify for approval
- Such as products with waiting periods, lifetime products, or products with a limit of liability less than NADA or Vehicle Purchase Price.
- Some of these products which do not qualify are being financed by these lenders today, however, will no longer be available after March 2, 2021 for VCI and April 1, 2021 for NMAC.
