As an AUL Dealer, what tools are available with AUL login access?
With your AUL login access you will be able to do a number of business transactions, including: rating, printing and remitting E-Contracts online, viewing statements, sales history, contract history, and claims inquiries all with a click of your mouse. A training video is available to guide you through the online process!

Are AUL Service contracts transferable?
Yes, they may be transferred one time to a new owner during the contract term.

Can I upgrade my customer's service contract coverage?
Yes! You have the ability to upgrade their policy at an additional charge to increase coverage.

How are AUL Service Contracts cancelled?
In the unfortunate event that your customer will need to cancel his or her contract, all you'll need is a Contract Holder copy of the service contract, a brief letter signed by the contract holder requesting cancellation and an Affidavit indicating the true odometer ( mileage ) reading on the date of request.
