Can I upgrade an AUL Service contract?
Yes! Your Selling Dealer has the ability to upgrade your policy at an additional charge to increase your coverage. Ask your dealer for additional information.

Are AUL Service contracts transferable?
Yes, you may transfer your contract one time to a new owner during the contract term.

Can I Cancel my Contract?
Yes, in the unfortunate event you will need to cancel your contract, return to your Selling Dealer with your copy of the Service Contract, a brief letter signed by you requesting cancellation, and an affidavit indicating the true odometer ("mileage") reading on the requested date of cancellation.

How do I utilize my Roadside Assistance?
Simply contact the toll free Roadside telephone number on your policy in the event you need Towing, Flat Tire Change, Emergency Fuel Service, Battery Jump Start Service, or Key Lockout Service. The Roadside Assistance representative will arrange for the service person to arrive.
