With your AUL website access you will be able to do a host of business transactions, including access to your agency actuarials, sales reports, ordering supplies, claims inquiries and manage your agency all with a click of your mouse.

Can AUL Service contracts be upgraded?
Yes! The customer has the option to purchase an upgrade in plans for additional coverage directly from your dealers.

Are AUL Service contracts transferable?
Yes! Our customers contracts are transferable one time to a new owner during the contract term.

Are AUL Contracts cancelable?
In the unfortunate event that the customer will need to cancel their contract, all your Selling Dealer will need is a copy of the service contract, a brief letter signed by the contract holder requesting cancellation and an Affidavit indicating the true odometer ( mileage ) reading on the date of request.

Does AUL have an electronic contract?
Yes! Once your dealer is signed up with us, you will have the ability to give them access to the AUL Website in which to write contracts to us via the internet. A Training Video is available to guide them through the remittance process to ensure smooth processing.
